PMBOK Guide 5帶來了哪些改善

PMI於2012年2月17日於官網公告 PMBOK Guide 5(簡稱G5)草案,供會員於3月20日之前審查並提供改善意見,PMP大師花了將近一個月的時間,陸陸續續前前後後看了好幾遍,也貢獻了14條審查意見。這段審查時間發現G5確實比現有G4更合乎系統邏輯且更易學習。雖然正式版G5在2012年12月31日才發行,而且直至2013年7月1日起才會正式列入PMP認證考試範圍,不過對已通過PMP認證的專案管理師,有必要及早了解G5新的十大知識領域以及起案、規劃、執行、監控、結案五大流成群組的架構。

測驗當天務必

(1)攜帶有效期限內的護照正本(附照片及簽名),否則不得入場應試,亦不退費。
(2)於排定之測驗時間前30分鐘報到。遲到者不得入場亦不退費。

進入試場

(1)由監試人員指定座位。
(2)由監試人員提供鉛筆及草稿用紙,測驗結束後均須繳回。
(3)可攜帶具簡單功能的計算機,但不得攜帶任何文具、紙張、書籍、字典、尺、行動電話、呼叫器、翻譯機、收音機、鬧鐘/錶、或任何電子設備、鍵盤進入試場。
(4)測驗中不可飲水、進食、嚼口香糖、抽煙或使用個人藥品。
(5)測驗中如有問題,請立即舉手通知監試人員。
(6)測驗全程錄音、錄影。
(7)如有請人代考、替人代考、意圖干擾試場秩序、破壞測驗用電腦設備、盜取試題者、將稿紙攜出試場,監試人員得請其離場,其作答不予計分,亦不退費。

PMBOK – 2004 第3版修改之處

章節編排的變動

PMBOK®指南第3版最顯著的改變之一是章節編排的變動。 PMBOK®指南第3版的章節編排突出了表1中過程組的重要性。表1是PMBOK®指南第三版變動之處與2000年版的對照。第3標題改為"單個項目管理過程" ,並從第1部分移到新加的第2部分,第2部分標題叫做"項目管理標準" ,第3章屬於這新增加的部分,並做了全面的修改,修改之後使讀者清楚地感受到該章所介紹的過程,依據和成果是單個項目的管理標準的基礎。

考試資格

第一類別 (Category I)
具有大專以上學歷
在六年內有4,500小時專案經驗,此4,500小時專案時數必須涵蓋五大程序範圍
上述4,500小時必須跨越36個月份,即需滿足三年以上專案經驗之要求
必須獲得35小時專業管理教育學分( PDU ),此35個 PDU 必須涵蓋九大知識領域

報考人資料查核
PMI 對於申請文件之稽查將進行固定比例的抽樣查核
申請人提交申請文件後即表示同意 PMI 的稽查規定
PMI 可通知申請人提供佐證文件 : 諸如學業證書影本曾參與專案主管簽證等
若發現有造假不實情事, 申請人之申請資格將被永久取消

考試申請認定

申請書約需10-14工作天,核可後申請人將會收到PMI發之認可函( Eligibility letter )
認可函將在六個月後失效, 因此申請人必須在收到後六個月內與考試中心聯繫, 排定考試時間
若未能排定時間考試, 得於期限內要求延長( Extension )期限一次或要求退費( Refund )
延長以一次六個月為限, 於延長期限內未能考試, 申請人必須重提申請及繳費
若要求退費, 將被扣手續費 US$200
